Jessica Biel Blasts Justin Timberlake’s Music At Home

Below you will find a pretty funny story about Jessica’s feelings when she and Justin started dating. Trying to appear cool, and not like nerdy fan, she attempted to hide her interest in his craft.

Los Angeles – Jessica Biel was mortified when boyfriend Justin Timberlake caught her listening to his music.

The Easy Virtue actress usually takes careful measures to ensure the SexyBack singer doesn’t catch her listening to his albums, but was found out during a surprise phone call.

She revealed: “I have to really watch out because I sing Justin’s songs at home.

“When we first started hanging out I had to be really careful because he used to call me and I’d be blasting – and I mean blasting – his music while I was in the pool, swimming with my dogs.

“He’d call me and I’d have to fly out of the pool, drop the volume and be like, ‘Hey, what’s going on? I’m just at the pool, chilling out.’

“And he caught me once actually, we were on the phone and he goes, ‘Are you playing Justified?’ I was like, ‘No! I’m not!’ “

Lol, I love reading stuff like this, because celebrities can seem so ‘larger than life,’ but when it comes down to it, they’re just like you and me.

Justin Timberlake Announces 2009 Shriner’s Open Dates

The dates for next year’s Shriner’s Hospital PGA Tour have officially been announced, falling the week after the President’s Cup, which will put some of golf’s best players just a short flight away from the venuw. Check out the below article to find out more on JT’s next major sports endeavor:

December 23, 2008–Justin Timberlake, who in 2007 signed a 5-year deal to be the host of Las Vegas’ PGA Tour event, will be headlining Las Vegas golf again, October 12-18, 2009. The PGA Tour officially released the Fall Series schedule recently, and the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open falls the week after the President’s Cup that is being played nearby at San Francisco’s Harding Park Golf Course. That could be good news for the Las Vegas PGA Tour event as the world’s top players will be just a short flight away from Las Vegas, and could come to play in the tournament that is played at Las Vegas golf course TPC Summerlin.

By most accounts, the 2008 Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open was a success, but organizers are looking forward to bigger and better things in 2009. Timberlake has said that he is upping the star power for the Wednesday Pro-am, while also keeping the same amazing level for the beneift concert, Justin Timberlake and Friends, that blew the doors off the Planet Hollywood Theatre at last year’s event. Heavy Glow Digs Justin Timberlake’s Talent

Newly formed rock band Heavy Glow recently got the opportunity to sit in on a recording session with Justin Timberlake and T.I. (Dead And Gone), and came out respecting him and his talents. Check out the below article:

Formed in 2008 by guitarist and vocalist Jared Mullins, Heavy Glow recorded an EP at Velvet Revolver’s L.A. studio in 2008, with San Diegan guitarist-producer Stevie Salas (Rod Stewart, Mick Jagger, George Clinton, Justin Timberlake, T.I.).

During the recording, Salas invited Jared to a Record Plant session for T.I.’s new album, with Justin Timberlake producing. “Timberlake and T.I. were both pretty chill. I didn’t talk to them too much, because I didn’t want to be THAT guy.”

“Justin had some great melodic ideas for the songs,” says Mullins. Very intuitive, and very impressive knowledge of appropriate chord changes and melodies. He came off as the kind of person who wants to push the boundaries…I remember him saying ‘Once in awhile, you get to be the lucky son of a bitch that gets to take chances,’ or something to that effect.”

Justin Timberlake And Timbaland Record Tracks For New Timbaland LP

The track listing to Timbaland’s new LP entitled Shockvalue: Volume 2 has been released, and it includes an array of collaborations from T-Pain to The Jonas Brothers. UPDATE: As of December 29th, the official track listing shows Justin to be featured on two tracks, not three, with Madonna and Nelly Furtado. They are listed below:

ABC recently aired a Mickey Mouse Club Special which included footage of Justin and JC Chasez’s audition tapes for the show. You can see a clip of Justin at 9 below. “I’ve always been a ham, so it come naturally,” haha. And that hair of his kills me, lol.

The Lonely Island Feels Dwarfed By Justin Timberlake’s Cool Factor

Andy Samberg, and writing partners Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone make up the ever popular comedy band The Lonely Island responsible for the latest Youtube hit, Jizz In My Pants. Pitchfork Media sat down with them to discuss their forthcoming album Incredibad, and they got into a pretty lengthy discussion about their relationship with JT. Check it out below:

Pitchfork: Going back to people you guys have worked with, I’m curious about your relationship with Justin Timberlake, because he’s done a few different things with you guys. What is that relationship like?

Schaffer: Lovers? Is that a fair way to put it?

[Laughter.]

Samberg: Uh, yeah, I mean, he’s just tight. Everything about him is super tight, like in all definitions of the word. Um, no, he’s our buddy.

Schaffer: We’re just excited any time he’s willing to come slum it with us, basically.

Samberg: Yeah, basically.

Taccone: I like to hang out with people whose talent dwarfs mine and makes me feel really insecure at all times. That’s why I like hanging out with him.

Samberg: But you know, it’s the kind of thing where that dude can do anything he wants and he’s really good at a lot of things, and he’s super funny and he likes hanging around with us and every time we hang out with him and do something it seems to work, so we kind of just take it anytime he’s around and in the mood.
